Draws and start times announced for 2024 WSF World Masters Championships

The draws and start times have been announced for the 2024 WSF World Masters Championships, which take place 15-22 August in Amsterdam, Netherlands’ Frans Otten Stadion.
The event, which has smashed previous entry records with a total of 1227 players registering for the competition, sees squash players aged 35+ competing in age categories for the title of world champion.
Following confirmation from event organisers European Squash Federation, play will begin at 10:00 (GMT+2) on 15 August with the Men’s 40+ and Men’s 45+ first round matches. Click here to view the draws and schedule for the WSF World Masters Championships.
Action from the all-glass show court will be streamed live and free on WORLDSQUASH.TV, with action from the quarter-finals onwards also being streamed on the Olympic Channel.
All players entering the competition are reminded to check the draws and schedule regularly as, in the event of unexpected withdrawals, the schedule is subject to change.

We cannot wait to welcome you to the Frans Otten Stadion in Amsterdam for the 2024 World Masters Squash Championships from 15-22 August!
On arrival at the venue, all players must report to the registration desk for the start of their first match and show their passport for identification.
There will be no participation without verification.
In return, you will receive a goodie bag and you can collect your purchased tickets for the event.

The confirmed final seedings have been published (Monday 22 July) following the expiry of the seedings appeals period.
No further seedings queries will be accepted.

The players' handbook will be available online in the week before the start of the tournament. 
Draws and starting times of all players' first matches are expected at least 7 - 10 days before the event begins.

Please check your name on Tournament Software, select the correct category in the 'Events' tab World Squash - WSF World Masters 2024 - Events

It is a list with a maximum of 1000 players by default. And the search is only done on the first 1000 players loaded to your computer.
As long as your name is visible in the section Events-age category, there is nothing wrong with the registration and your entry is confirmed.

Both players in each match will be expected to mark and referee matches - usually the next match on the court where they have just played, unless the tournament referee assigns someone else.

The opening and closing dinner functions are now fully booked. ** Tickets sold for the Closing Ceremony are for the combination Closing dinner + Closing party.
For the closing party on Thursday 22 August (including the Nations Cup presentation), separate tickets will be made available online.
Join us for the Nations Cup award ceremony and the closing party with music of a professional DJ and saxophonist.
At the well-stocked bar, guests will be able to purchase their preferred alcoholic beverages.

Registration is now open for the 2024 WSF World Masters Championship, which is taking place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 15-22 August.
The championship features hundreds of squash players aged 35+ competing in age categories for the title of world champion.
The last edition, which took place in 2022 in Wroclaw, Poland, featured 650 athletes, with representatives of 21 different nations winning medals.

Due to expected high demand for places, entry is being limited to 128 per age category.

WSF World Masters Championship dates confirmed

The dates for the upcoming WSF World Masters Squash Championship, originally scheduled for 17-24 August in Amsterdam’s Frans Otten Stadion, have been revised, with the new tournament dates 15-22 August 2024.
The change in dates has been made necessary due to Formula 1’s Dutch Grand Prix, scheduled for 23-25 August. The overlapping schedules had led to a shortage of rooms available and a spike in hotel prices in and around Amsterdam. In order to ensure players can participate in the World Masters with few constraints, competition dates have been adjusted.
In another development for the competition, the European Squash Federation, as the regional partner of WSF, has offered their support and will operate the competition on behalf of Squash Bond Netherlands.  https://www.worldsquash.org/wsf-world-masters-championship-dates-confirmed/
